English for Managers and Team Leaders in Morocco

A manager's English is judged in three places: the meeting you run, the report you give upwards, and the difficult conversation you cannot postpone. This training works on those, not on textbook units.

The Language Tasks of a Management Role

  • Chairing a meeting: opening, keeping time, interrupting politely, closing with actions
  • Reporting upwards: the headline first, then the numbers, then what you need
  • One-to-ones: asking real questions and hearing the answer, not filling the silence
  • Giving feedback that changes behaviour without humiliating anyone
  • Delegating: stating the task, the standard and the deadline unambiguously
  • Difficult conversations: underperformance, missed deadlines, refusing a request
  • Disagreeing with a peer or a head office, and holding the position
  • Presenting a decision and defending it in the questions that follow

How the Training Works

  • 1. Free trial class with a CEFR assessment and a first meeting simulation.
  • 2. You name the three situations you currently avoid or postpone in English.
  • 3. Role-plays built on those, with the teacher playing the team member or the director.
  • 4. Correction on structure as much as on grammar: order, brevity, and the clear ask.
  • 5. Written work: agendas, summaries and reporting emails, corrected line by line.
  • 6. A written report after each session so the useful phrases do not get lost.

Typical Starting Level

Managers usually start between B1 and C1, and the gap is rarely comprehension. It is authority: a manager who is clear and direct in French or Darija can become hesitant and over-polite in English, which reads as uncertainty in front of a team or a head office.

The work is therefore on register and structure — being brief, being direct without being rude, and finishing sentences — more than on new vocabulary.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a management course or an English course?
An English course. We work on the language of management situations you already handle in French or Darija — we do not teach management theory.
Can sessions fit an executive schedule?
Yes. Early morning, late evening and weekend slots are available, and private classes are booked around your own availability rather than a fixed timetable.
Can my leadership team train together?
Yes. Small company groups are arranged with the employer; a mixed group of peers works well because the role-plays become realistic.
How much does it cost?
Private one-to-one classes cost 100 MAD per hour. Monthly plans are 500 MAD for 4 hours, 900 MAD for 8 hours, 1,200 MAD for 12 hours, 1,700 MAD for 16 hours and 2,000 MAD for 20 hours. There is no registration fee and the first trial class is free.
Can I follow the classes from any city?
Yes. Everything is 100% online on Google Meet, so professionals anywhere in Morocco — and Moroccans working abroad — take the same sessions, including early morning or evening slots.
